For those travelling BY BUS from Ancona town centre, the venue can be reached by:
–# 46 bus leaving from Piazza Cavour (in the town centre) and stopping right in front of the main gates of the Faculty. Tickets can be purchased on board. The bus runs every 10 mins and the journey takes about 10 mins.
–# 1/4 bus from Piazza Kennedy (near the Muse theatre) to the Faculty terminal in Tavernelle, then #46 bus from Tavernelle to the main gates of the Faculty of Engineering. Tickets can be purchased on board.
The bus runs every 7 mins and the journey from the Piazza Kennedy to the venue takes about 20 mins.

For those travelling BY CAR, please be aware that finding a parking space at the Faculty is not always very easy.
– Arriving from North: exit the A14 motorway at Ancona Nord and follow the directions for Pescara. Continue along the trunk road SS16 for about 8 kilometres to Baraccola, then continue to Ancona centre and take the first exit for the University.
– Arriving from South: exit the A14 motorway at Ancona Sud and continue along the bypass road to Ancona centre, keep the right and follow the directions for the University.
For those coming to Ancona BY PLANE, Aeroporto delle Marche is located north of Ancona, in a town called Falconara (about 15 kilometres from Ancona town centre).
There is an intercity bus service, Aerobus Raffaello, which connects the airport directly to Ancona railway station (tickets can be purchased at the airport).
Alternatively, there is a train departing from Castelferretti and arriving at Ancona railway station.
From Ancona railway station, follow the directions given in the section above.
