A Short Course on Measurement Theory and Uncertainty is scheduled on the days of the Workshop to provide the basics of measurement, calibration and uncertainty evaluation.
Besides the following topics:
– issues in calibration
– calibration standards
– the choice of a measurement instrument
– measurement in field condition
– uncertainty evaluation
– digital signal processing
etc.
the Short Course will also include a lecture on “Architecture and Applications of Drones for Precision Agriculture and Environmental Monitoring” held by Prof Luca De Vito, Sannio University, Italy.
