ABSTRACT
Quality control is crucial in the beverage industry in order to ensure the safety and the quality of the products. Both the quality requirements from the international standards and the customers’ expectations are getting more demanding, therefore the beverage companies need to improve their quality control systems at every stage, including the raw materials, the production process, the packaging.
The aim of this session is to gather contributions presenting new technologies, devices, systems and methodologies related to the quality assessment for the beverage industry.
