The workshop will be held in the Aula Magna of
the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Sciences (DSA3)
of the University of Perugia (Italy).
The conference venue is part of the monumental complex of the San Pietro
Abbey in Perugia, which is located in the southern part of the historic
city center and within a walking distance of many restaurants, hotels,
and B&B.
The Abbey of Saint Peter, which is part of the 15th century expansion of the city walls, is located opposite the Giardini Frontone in Perugia, at the end of Borgo XX Giugno, outside the Porta San Pietro and was once the most powerful Benedictine monastery in Umbria. It was founded in the 10th century and was the first seat of the Bishop of Perugia.
